The dose may be increased to a total of 1.6 g by taking 400 mg orally four times a day (after meals and at bedtime). For the improvement of gastric mucosal lesions, during acute gastritis and acute exacerbation of chronic gastritis, take 200 mg orally twice a day or administer 400 mg once daily.
Children's dosage
Administer orally in divided doses of 20-40 mg per kg of body weight per day.

This medication is used to treat various gastrointestinal diseases including gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease, recurrent ulcers, anastomotic ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is also effective in improving lesions such as erosion, bleeding, redness, and swelling of the gastric mucosa caused by acute exacerbation of acute gastritis and chronic gastritis. Dosage and Administration

Precautions

This medication may contain glass fragments when administering a glass ampoule injection, requiring special care, especially for children and the elderly. Various side effects related to gastrointestinal symptoms or central nervous system abnormalities, and circulatory system abnormalities have been reported; if any abnormal symptoms arise, consult with healthcare professionals.
