Since it’s a new place, the facilities are clean and tidy. The waiting room is also large, so even when there are a lot of people, it doesn’t feel crowded, which is nice.

I went a couple of times in the early days since there were a lot of people at Boas, but the reception desk gives out number tickets, and when your number is called, you have to go back to the reception desk. It might be easier for the nurses, but it feels a bit cumbersome. Shouldn't they just write

I went for treatment when I had an ear infection and received good care. The treatment room and the procedure room are spacious, which is nice.

The ENT facility is large, comfortable, and clean.

The nurse is very, very kind.
