Regular arm exercises are indeed beneficial. 
However, it is important to consider the age of the skin in relation to your age group, i.e., the degree of elasticity. 
Undergoing liposuction does not necessarily lead to increased sagging; 
there will simply be no change in the already sagging skin. 
If the sagging is quite severe, you might even consider an arm lift after liposuction.^^

In general, returning to daily activities after liposuction 
depends significantly on the surgical site and the nature of your occupation, 
and pain levels can vary from person to person. 
However, if your work does not involve heavy use of your arms, 
I can inform you that it is possible to return to activities after wearing compression garments post-surgery.^^

The level of pain typically aligns with the soreness experienced after strength training,
