Brow lifting surgery involves making an incision at the boundary under the eyebrows to tighten sagging skin, preserving your original eye shape as it does not alter the existing double eyelid.
Upper eyelid surgery removes sagging skin above the double eyelid line and involves suturing, which creates a new double eyelid line.

I do some arm exercises, but my skin is thin, and I feel like it is sagging. After the suction procedure, how long will the recovery period take for my daily activities? I also have some concerns about a bit of belly fat. I am 55 years old.

Regular arm exercises are indeed beneficial. 
However, it is important to consider the age of the skin in relation to your age group, i.e., the degree of elasticity. 
Undergoing liposuction does not necessarily lead to increased sagging; 
there will simply be no change in the already sagging skin. 
If the sagging is quite severe, you might even consider an arm lift after liposuction.^^

In general, returning to daily activities after liposuction 
depends significantly on the surgical site and the nature of your occupation, 
and pain levels can vary from person to person. 
However, if your work does not involve heavy use of your arms, 
I can inform you that it is possible to return to activities after wearing compression garments post-surgery.^^

The level of pain typically aligns with the soreness experienced after strength training, 
and it seems that clients who regularly engage in exercise tend to have a higher tolerance for pain.^^
