I am trying to control my diet and walk 10,000 steps every day. I am also trying different foods for dieting, including eating raw foods.
Now I know that diet control and exercise are important.
In the morning, I walk a little, and if I feel tired, I go to the riverside after dinner.
Walking along the reservoir trail, especially after dinner, seems to help with weight loss.
At least I am achieving walking 10,000 steps every day.
