Walking 10,000 steps has now become a habit, and I am doing it steadily. As the weather gets warmer, it has become very difficult to do 10,000 steps at once, so I looked for a method and decided to walk 3,000 steps on an empty stomach in the cool morning, and the rest after sunset in the evening. Fasting exercise is known to be effective for weight loss because, due to a lack of carbohydrates, the body uses fat as energy. I haven't been doing it for long, but I have already lost 1kg, so I plan to continue consistently. Morning fasting exercise should be of moderate intensity within an hour. High-intensity exercise can actually lead to muscle loss. Let's all have a healthy diet!
