These days, I can't exercise often due to back pain.
I recently got an indoor bicycle and have started exercising again little by little.
I do it while watching TV or YouTube, so I make good use of my time and it doesn't get boring.
It burns more calories than walking.
It's better to do it indoors than exercising outdoors in the summer.
My weight isn't decreasing, but I'm maintaining it.
