Cardio is really good for dieting.

As I get older, managing my weight isn't always an easy task.

I want to eat many things, but since I can't handle the weight gain from eating whatever I want, I have been doing aerobic jogging for several years.

I take a light walk around the neighborhood for about 20 to 30 minutes each day, enough to make me quite breathless.

Rather than trying to increase speed, I just run "hard" with the feeling of burning body fat inside.

Achieving the additional ten-thousand-step walk is also considered a success.

 

I am maintaining a weight that is about 9 to 10 kg lighter than when I was at my heaviest, due to maintaining this lifestyle pattern.

In fact, if you also control your eating habits here, it is possible to lose 4 to 5 kilograms.
