By combining strength and cardio exercises, I found the YouTuber who best suits me among various fitness YouTubers.
This is the exercise I've been doing continuously so far.
There are exercises using dumbbells, and there are exercises doing cardio with just body weight.
There are videos ranging from 30 to 50 minutes or up to 1 hour.
This is a method of following a 1-minute movement and resting for about 50 seconds.
If you follow along, you'll naturally start sweating, and time will pass quickly.
Fasting strength and aerobic exercise, recommended.
