Actually, walking 10,000 steps has been a consistent exercise I have been doing.
Those who have tried walking 10,000 steps know it's not that difficult.. It's just hard to do consistently.. haha
And if you don't follow a diet plan, you won't lose weight easily.
Then I started running not just for blood circulation but beyond simple walking.. because running is better for blood circulation than walking..
Instead of walking the same course I used to walk for the 10,000 steps, I ran, and even though I ate the same amount or more than before, I lost more weight.
You might think that running is difficult, but even just jogging slowly at a gentle pace seems to help with weight loss.
I highly recommend running for those who want to diet healthily^^
