I have many foods I want to eat and it's also hard to exercise, but for my health, this is my diabetes management method to maintain normal blood sugar levels.
I believe that the most important aspect of diabetes management is diet control. Therefore, I try to avoid foods that are too sweet, salty, or刺激ful as much as possible, and I frequently focus on a vegetable-based diet while reducing the amount of carbohydrates.
And after work, I exercise by walking for about 30 minutes to an hour or by climbing stairs.
