Recently, I showed early symptoms of diabetes, so I became very interested in blood sugar levels.

In particular, I try to refrain from eating rice cakes or noodle dishes as much as possible.
And, it's been a while since I started eating a diet mainly based on brown rice and mixed grains.
Not eating white rice really helps with diabetes!
I think it's important to control blood sugar levels early on to prevent them from rising significantly.
