I visited Korean Folk Village on Saturday.

Riding rides with my nieces and nephews

While wandering around the Folk Village

I kept walking subtly~ subtly~ subtly~🤣

Sunday

Climbed 16 floors of stairs after going to church.

I continued with indoor cycling.

5 minutes at Level 2, 5 minutes at Level 3, 5 minutes at Level 4

It seems they did 5 minutes at level 3 and 5 minutes at level 1.

 

And I walked and reached 10,000 steps!

But I still haven't recovered from eating so much.

 

I will keep trying today as well. Fighting!
