I ate a lot for dinner, so my stomach feels bloated.

I rode an indoor cycle.

I don't have enough steps, so I'm holding dumbbells and my phone.

I also did alternating hand exercises.

 

Well... but if you can't even digest half a bowl of rice.

I think this is not quite right.

I need to gradually increase the amount I eat.

Of course I want to lose weight... but I need to do it healthily 🥲
