So, eating cucumbers is refreshing and good. When you're very hungry, you might eat them mindlessly.

Eating cucumbers helps to some extent to calm down and seems to help reduce the amount of main meals eaten.

These days, I make salads with paprika, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.

The dressing is simple, so I eat it as well.
