Evening exercise, walk and stairs to 16th floor, 30 minutes of actual activity

 

I couldn't go to the afternoon exercise and just slept... 😱

I started exercising at 6 o'clock to make up for it.

 

Well, in our apartment complex, there is a continuous roof between the buildings.

It was raining, so I just went back and forth there.

Then, I'll go clear the Cache Walk Neighborhood Walk.

I went out with an umbrella.

 

I climbed 16 floors of stairs on my way home.

I rode the indoor bicycle for 30 minutes.

I took 15 minutes at Level 1 and 15 minutes at Level 2.

 

Now I'm going to wash up and try using the foam roller.
