When can I go to the sauna after getting a Shurink treatment?

I usually like going to saunas or steam rooms.
Even if I get Shrink, I don't want to give up on this part.

So I am looking into whether there is a period during which I need to avoid environments where the temperature rises significantly after the procedure.

I understand the frequently mentioned precautions to some extent, like exercise or drinking, but
