My legs were really bowed and I was falling a lot, so I came to the hospital and they found out that my pelvic tilt and shoulder tilt were misaligned! I was so thankful that they found it early ㅠㅠ They recommended manual exercise therapy, so I did. In less than two months, my Achilles tendon got much thinner and my ankles got tighter!! At first, my legs were really swollen because I didn't use my Achilles tendon at all, but my legs are thinner and I'm feeling so much better! The teacher told me to exercise hard and gave me bright energy, so I was so grateful for her efforts 😍 I could feel myself getting better day by day while receiving treatment. I have to take care of my own body. I feel that stretching is really important for our bodies.
