The waiting area, consultation room, and treatment rooms were all neatly maintained, and I could feel that they paid great attention to hygiene. Even though it was my first visit, I was left with a trustworthy impression.

The staff were generally friendly as well. They responded calmly from the reception to guiding me to the consultation room, and when I asked questions, they explained each one in detail, allowing me to receive the consultation without feeling pressured. The hospital atmosphere itself was quiet and well-organized, which greatly reduced my nervousness.

After thoroughly examining my tooth alignment and occlusion, the doctor explained the appropriate orthodontic method and estimated duration in an easy-to-understand manner. Rather than insisting that I absolutely needed braces, they compared the pros and cons of each treatment method, which instilled confidence in me and allowed me to fully resolve any questions I had.
