A friendly experience at Yonsei ENT Clinic in Seoul: When I came in for an emergency with a cold, I was put at ease by the thorough explanations and treatment.

I came to the hospital with a cold and got examined, and the doctor understood my dizzy and painful feelings. I was in so much pain that I wanted to get a shot and go quickly, but he explained that it could be the flu and that the medication might be different, so I got tested, and fortunately, it wasn't the flu. The doctor was kind and explained things slowly, even came over to administer the IV, and he even had the sense to comfortably place a pillow on my arm. Most of all, he came to the injection room and explained things to me, and I felt comfortable and relaxed because I didn't feel any hostility toward the doctor. The nurses also quickly checked me in when I said I was sick, helped me get examined, and when I was done, they even meticulously prepared the paperwork for me before I left, which was very touching.
