Why do the points not accumulate or accumulate less frequently?

After reducing by 4,000 points, sometimes 20 comments come in with 3,000 points, or they don't come in at all. Why is that happening?

댓글  20개로 3000포인트가 되나요?
30개정도 해도 1000포인트 주던데요
소통왕에 참여하는 사람들이 많으면 댓글수가 적으면 못받을 수도 있을 듯요
