I was suffering from severe depression.
 
But that depression

I solved it very simply and easily.
 
It might be disappointing once you know.

It's a brisk walking exercise!!
 
It seems like nothing special, right?
But it is very effective!
 
About six years ago
I didn't realize I had depression.
Went to the Department of Psychiatry
It is said to be symptoms of severe depression and panic disorder.
This is a case I learned about after hearing the story.
 
During depression
Which incident among several do you remember most?
 
An elderly grandmother passing by was holding a cane.
The cane looked like a knife.
I thought it would stab me with that knife, so I made a sound.
Quack! I've shouted.
Grandmother was extremely surprised, right? ㅠㅠ I felt very sorry.
It's something I do unconsciously...
It's crazy delusion..
This is said to be symptoms of depression and panic disorder.
It was so difficult to go outside and engage in social life.
I was lying around at home all day.
I didn't take the medication provided by the hospital because I heard it wasn't good for my body.
Take care of your health in the meantime, haha.
 
However, I happened to...
I have to go out early in the morning, so I will take care of my work.
Quickly walking home due to another appointment
I have been here before, and it has been about 40 minutes since then.
 
However, I didn't feel any depression all day that day.
I felt a slight sweat and a feeling of euphoria.
 
Because things don't seem normal... I wonder, "Why am I like this?"
I was thinking.
I always feel depressed, but then that sinking feeling goes away.
It was rather strange, haha.
(Just one quick walk...)
And the next day, I felt down again.
 
So since that day
When I wake up (around 6 a.m.), I drink a glass of water.
I wear clothes anywhere (I've even gone out in pajamas before, haha).
I made myself as comfortable as possible so I wouldn't get annoyed and reluctant to do it.
And
Whether tired or not, I went out and briskly walked for about 40 minutes.
I go to the park, and when it's hot, I go to the cool underground shopping mall.
I walk and also walk while receiving sunlight.
I definitely walked~
 
Days when feeling that once in the morning is not enough
I made two calls, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
I think I walked almost twice a day for 40 minutes each time!! Every day!
 
Whether it rains, winds, or a typhoon, I always walk.
For me.
After about a month of repeating this every day without missing a single day
 
My depression has really mysteriously disappeared..
I'm neither anxious, nor sad, nor scared.
Suddenly, I didn't even feel like crying anymore.
 
I actually feel more energized!!

While walking quickly
Because I walk early in the morning and also walk in the afternoon.
I am able to sleep well in the evening.
Because I have to wake up early in the morning.
There was also the option to go to bed earlier.
 
As a result, I unconsciously...
I was leading a regular life~
 
If you're doing nothing
Sometimes day and night switch.
As sleep imbalance occurs, feelings of depression worsen.
If you cannot relieve that depression
It is said that our brain keeps making us think bad thoughts.
ㅠ.ㅠ
 
I need to rest, but I can't find a way to rest.
That circuit that keeps making me think
Amplifying anxiety and sadness
They say it's even more deeply falling into depression!!!
 
 
I do brisk walking exercise.
Because I have experienced good results before
I really want to recommend this to those who are feeling depressed right now.
Get up right now, go out, and take a walk!!!
Please walk at a speed of about 6 to 7 km/h on the treadmill.
Very quickly, like sounding an alarm!!!
 
 
Oh, and
There are a few tips for walking quickly.
 
First, do not look at your phone!
 
When I look at my phone, I can't focus on brisk walking exercise.
Walking while looking at your phone is the same as not exercising at all ㅠㅠ
Walking while listening to exciting music is highly recommended.
 
Walking with effort in the second step
 
You may experience back pain while walking.
When you walk while tightening your stomach, it provides strong support to your lower back.
It's easy to walk for an hour or two~
Your belly fat also disappears! It's true!

Walking starting from the heels for the third time
 
When you walk regularly, your calves may feel tight.
If you start walking from the heels at that time
Because it allows for a natural stretch
Calf muscles can develop, but
It really helps with pain and stiffness.
 
I can overcome depression and lose weight.
Enjoy the one stone, two birds effect ^^
