Because things don't seem normal... I wonder, "Why am I like this?"
I was thinking.
I always feel depressed, but then that sinking feeling goes away.
It was rather strange, haha.

And the next day, I felt down again.
So since that day
When I wake up (around 6 a.m.), I drink a glass of water.
I wear clothes anywhere (I've even gone out in pajamas before, haha).
I made myself as comfortable as possible so I wouldn't get annoyed and reluctant to do it.

Whether tired or not, I went out and briskly walked for about 40 minutes.
I go to the park, and when it's hot, I go to the cool underground shopping mall.
I walk and also walk while receiving sunlight.
I definitely walked~
Days when feeling that once in the morning is not enough
I made two calls, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
I think I walked almost twice a day for 40 minutes each time!! Every day!
Whether it rains, winds, or a typhoon, I always walk.

After about a month of repeating this every day without missing a single day
My depression has really mysteriously disappeared..
I'm neither anxious, nor sad, nor scared.
Suddenly, I didn't even feel like crying anymore.
I actually feel more energized!!

While walking quickly
Because I walk early in the morning and also walk in the afternoon.
I am able to sleep well in the evening.

Please walk at a speed of about 6 to 7 km/h on the treadmill.

There are a few tips for walking quickly.
First, do not look at your phone!
When I look at my phone, I can't focus on brisk walking exercise.
Walking while looking at your phone is the same as not exercising at all ㅠㅠ
Walking while listening to exciting music is highly recommended.
Walking with effort in the second step
You may experience back pain while walking.
When you walk while tightening your stomach, it provides strong support to your lower back.
It's easy to walk for an hour or two~
