[Ask CashDoc] Worsening acrophobia

I have had a fear of heights since I was young, so even pedestrian bridges...

It was difficult to cross over, and when I became an adult, I...

Overcoming the level, I also use the pedestrian overpass and high-rise buildings.

I even ride escalators now.

Acrophobia after experiencing tremendous stress several years ago

It has even developed into panic disorder. Currently, it's panic

My disability has improved a lot, but my fear of heights remains the same.

Public transportation is difficult to use except for very low escalators.

Transportation cannot use the subway; it is a full-glass elevator.

I thought I was going to faint from climbing the stairs so high.

That's also impossible, and it subtly restricts daily life.

There are people around me who have acrophobia, but I am a bit...

It's quite severe, and what about those who can't understand this?

I don't know whether I should explain or take actionㅠ

    안녕하세요.많이 힘드시죠?
    우선 고소공포증이 있다는 것을  자연스레 받아들이고 주변분들께도 미리 양해를 구하시는게 나은거 같아요. 정신과 상담을 받으시거나  마음을 안정시키는 약물치료도 함께 병행하시면 좋을것 같습니다. 
    장기간 생각하세요~ 3D 환경과 같은 안전하게 구성된 환경에서 가상현실을 통해서 높이에 대해 점차적으로 노출시켜 두려움을 조금씩 줄어보셔요~ 자책하거나 탓하지말고 긍정적인 마음으로 장기간 조금씩 높이에 대해 극복하시고 일상생활 하시면 될것 같아요. 힘내세요~~
