How many days have you not looked at your phone or TV?

When I asked my younger sibling, they said they started watching from that evening...

I'm a worry bot, so I want to protect what needs to be protected... haha

And I am curious about which aspects you especially managed carefully.

Is it enough even without a guardian!?
