Are there any procedures that make the collarbone line look pretty?

Even though I think I've lost some weight, do my collarbones look like wells? They don't look like that.

Actually, my friend, who looks a bit chubbier than me, had deeply indented collarbones.

I thought my shoulders might be hunched, so I exercised and lost some weight, but my collarbones aren't very visible.

In this case, is it possible to make it more visible with something like an injection?
