My face often turns red; is it possible to treat this with a laser?

These days, when I exercise in the heat, my face flushes quickly, and the redness doesn't go down easily. When this happens, my face turns red as if I've been drinking. The redness remains even after time passes, and there is a limit to how much I can cover it up with makeup.
Will the redness improve significantly if I receive a vascular laser for these symptoms? I am curious about the level of pain during the procedure and how long it will take to return to daily life.
