I wish my ears would perk up. Are there any ear procedures available?

My ears are on the smaller side. But they sit very close together.

I want to make this a bit bigger or stand it up.

My mom tells me not to touch my ears and nose because they keep getting bigger and longer until I die.

I suddenly remembered how much trouble I had taking a passport photo in the past because my ears weren't visible.

I don't think getting an ear massage will solve the problem.

Has anyone by any chance had this procedure done on their ears? I'm curious about the reviews!!
