- 01CommentsMeal times and regular patterns are just as important as the amount of food you eat when it comes to dieting. If you skip meals and eat late at night, your blood sugar spikes rapidly, making it easy for the food to be stored as body fat. Try to eat at set times whenever possible and gradually build the habit of reducing late-night snacking. If you slowly make improvements to fit your lifestyle, you will be able to succeed in losing weight!!!2102026.10.28

- 03CommentsShrink Universe is a lifting procedure that uses High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) to deliver thermal energy to the deep layers of the skin. Immediately after the procedure, you may feel a temporary tightening sensation in your skin; however, improvements in elasticity resulting from collagen regeneration usually appear gradually over several weeks, and changes can be observed for up to two to three months. After the procedure, pay attention to moisturizing and sun protection. If you have sensitive skin, it is advisable to avoid saunas or excessive heat stimulation for a few days. Since results may vary depending on individual skin condition, the treatment area, and energy settings, please contact the clinic where you received the treatment if pain or swelling persists for an extended period.432026.10.29
- 01CommentsWith lip fillers, even adding just a little volume can change your overall impression, so I think the design is really important. You described the process in detail, including how the filler settles naturally as the swelling subsides, which will be very helpful for those considering the procedure. It really seems important to match the filler to your original lip shape and facial proportions without looking excessive.4264326.10.20

That is why the director's technique and experience are paramount for this procedure. Rather than focusing solely on promotional pricing, please make sure to verify that the medical team has extensive experience with Sculptra procedures and possesses excellent manual dexterity.3412126.10.22

- 01CommentsSince this was your first surgery, you must have had a lot to think about, but the fact that you personally consulted with five different clinics before making a decision shows just how thoroughly you researched. I was particularly impressed by the explanation that lower eyelid fat repositioning alone would be sufficient. While the surgery itself is important, finding a method that suits your specific lower eyelid condition is truly crucial. After I also had lower eyelid fat repositioning, the unevenness—where the center used to look bulging and the sides sunken—became much smoother. With my dark circles and shadows reduced, my facial impression has become much cleaner. I am envious that you say you are extremely satisfied at three months, suggesting the recovery process went relatively smoothly. Your detailed account of the actual process and changes will be incredibly helpful to those considering surgery for the first time.18K4126.09.23
- 02CommentsI would have been really worried if the other hospital had said they couldn't hear a heartbeat. It's a relief that it was confirmed properly after the follow-up examination. Thank you for all your hard work.1,3453026.09.28
- 03CommentsThank you so much for thoughtfully sharing your review of pelvic correction, especially while you are struggling with childcare. It was very helpful. It is easy for your pelvis to become misaligned when carrying a child on one side, so I am so glad to hear that you achieved satisfactory results by combining posture correction and acupuncture treatment at the Korean medicine clinic. Just being mindful of your posture in your daily life can be the start of a big change. I hope you continue to take good care of your body and look after both your parenting and your health. I will be rooting for you!1,3043026.09.11
