This is the vitamin C I am taking. I've been using it since YouNim started advertising, haha. It's not because it's YouNim, but because I trust the ingredients from the UK. Haha.
I am currently taking the comfortable Goryeoeun Dan Vitamin C. Since it is neutral vitamin, I can take it on an empty stomach without stomach upset. Vitamin C provides vitality and energy, so taking it in the evening might interfere with sleep. Therefore, I bought a neutral vitamin to take in the morning. I don't eat breakfast, so I have to take it on an empty stomach. Even on an empty stomach, it doesn't cause stomach upset.
It is individually packaged with aluminum material like this~ I take supplements with the hope that it's better than not taking them at all, haha. Do your best inside my body~~^^
