My mom needs to manage her weight, so she's interested in diet supplements. She also suffers from severe constipation, so I was looking for something that could help with her weight loss. So, I was curious about the actual effects of Alpha CD. The theory is that it's a cyclical dietary fiber that binds to fat, preventing its absorption and promoting its excretion.
