Do you stop with Maunza and are you maintaining it well?

I can't keep doing Maunzaro, so I'm thinking of gradually cutting back and quitting, but I'm worried that if I stop, my appetite will go back to normal and it might be okay... That's why I can't bring myself to quit.

Are there any people who have quit and maintained it?
