Recommended orthodontic treatment for adolescents

I am a housewife in my mid-40s and I have two daughters.

I realized that my lower jaw is small after giving birth to my children and receiving dental treatment.

Unfortunately, both of my daughters have small lower jaws, so no matter how hard they exercise, it doesn't help.

They say that if you discover it early and exercise a lot, it will improve, but since it was discovered late, both of us need orthodontic treatment.

I want to visit a large hospital in another city for treatment and would appreciate a recommendation for a good hospital.

I'm also receiving treatment right now, and it's very difficult.
