Is it okay to have regular CT scans as part of health checkups?

I get a health check-up once a year.
Among the examination items, there are two options to choose from: CT and ultrasound.
So, you will have a CT scan once a year.
Initially, I had a CT scan of areas with a family history or concerns.
But is it really good to be exposed to radiation by undergoing this CT scan every year?
Wouldn't it be better to avoid CT scans and radiation exposure in areas where there is no suspicion?
I had this thought. So I was wondering if I should just do a simple ultrasound.
