The way to overcome diabetes is really easy. Walk 15,000 steps a day.
Diabetes is a chronic condition that many people have. However, the way to overcome diabetes is really simple.
Walk a lot. Try walking more than 15,000 steps every day for just two months. Then blood sugar and HbA1c will return to normal. I am someone who doesn't gain weight and has a slim build, but I was diagnosed with diabetes in my late 40s due to family history. After trying various folk remedies, my HbA1c level rose to 7.2, and my blood sugar remained high despite dietary adjustments. Then I heard someone say that walking helped restore their diabetes to normal, so I set a goal of 15,000 steps daily. For about three years, regardless of snow or rain, I walked, and my HbA1c, which was 7.2, has now come down to 5.8, which is normal. It now remains steadily between 5.8 and 6.2. You don't need anything else—just walk. In two months, it will return to normal.
