I am worried about ringing in my ears and hearing loss.

These days, I am worried because I hear ringing in my ears and my hearing is deteriorating. I went to the hospital for a check-up, and I was told it's due to aging. I started hearing sounds after injuring my eardrum in a childhood accident, but now I am experiencing sounds in the other ear as well. The bigger concern is that my hearing is declining. During a health check-up, I had a hearing test, and the situation is worse than last time. I am troubled by tinnitus and hearing loss. Please give me some good advice.
