Do you usually have a health check-up once a year?

Do you get a health checkup every year? I only get blood tests during national screenings, and I do mammograms and thyroid exams once a year. I also had an endoscopy two years ago and found polyps, so now I plan to do it annually. I think I should also do ultrasounds every year. I have a Pap smear every six months, but do everyone else get regular checkups? Last year, I postponed mine and only managed to do it in December, but this year I want to schedule and do it early.
