Concern) Noise in the ear...

I usually hear well and had no issues during my health check-up a few days ago.
But since last evening, I've been feeling a bit strange.
Should I say I feel overwhelmed?

It seems to feel somewhat pressured.
There is such a phenomenon.
When I chew on young radish greens, I hear a sound similar to the scraping of steel.
After a day or two, I wonder if the rash is simple or if I should go to the hospital for a check-up.
