At first, I visited an otolaryngologist and received treatment, but the vocal cords were swollen, and based on the symptoms, it was diagnosed as reflux esophagitis, so I took medication, but there was no improvement. Therefore, during a health checkup, I wondered if there might be a problem with my esophagus, so I requested an endoscopy to examine my esophagus, but I was not told whether it was performed or if there were any issues. However, since then, I have continued to feel the foreign body sensation in my throat, and the discomfort persists. When I eat, it feels like some food remains in my throat. Which hospital should I visit for a consultation? What could be the problem?
