[Jangsu-wang] For treating and preventing rhinitis, jujube tea and sword bean tea.
Our family also suffers a lot from rhinitis during seasonal changes or spring. I also have a slight case of rhinitis.
I often visit the ENT clinic, but actually, it's only when I take medication, and then gradually the symptoms reappear.
At some point, I start to sniffle quite a bit. The same goes for other medications. Then, someone I know told me about it.
Many people have found that jujube tea and sword bean tea are quite beneficial when they looked into it.
Jujube tea takes about three hours to boil, which is inconvenient, but it's warm, so it's mainly consumed during the winter.
If boiling is inconvenient or bothersome, please also consider using regular powders or solids.
I found out that powdered Job's tears tea is available here and there. Additionally, like jujube tea, it is prepared without boiling separately.
It's convenient because I can just mix it with water without any trouble.
Although I don't see immediate improvement, after taking it for a long period, I definitely feel that the discomfort from rhinitis is decreasing.
Since it is a somewhat validated method, I think it would be good for those who find it too inconvenient and frustrating to try using it.
