(Concern) Colonoscopy schedule

As I have gotten older, I have been getting a health check-up every year for the past four years.

Fortunately, no polyps or anything similar were found during the first colonoscopy.

If no polyps are found, it only needs to be done once every five years. There are many opinions about this, so I am often concerned about the interval.

Since I will be under sedation for the endoscopy anyway, I always wonder whether it's better to do it all at once or to schedule it every five years and have other examinations in between.
