My mother is 80 years old. She has always enjoyed gardening, planting vegetables next to the house, harvesting, and picking them. However, her hip has deteriorated significantly, and she has developed a herniated disc in her back, so she can no longer do it. We believe that moving around is better than not moving at all, so during the week, I take her to the swimming pool to swim. Once or twice a week, we go to the weekend farm to plant trees and chives. In April, we also planted deodeok (Korean ginseng vine), and in March, we removed the sprouted potatoes from the plastic mulch. We are taking her to harvest the potatoes. After harvesting the potatoes, this time we plan to harvest various fruits and vegetables such as apple watermelon, mango watermelon, cherry tomatoes, and regular tomatoes. If the yield is good, I will upload some photos later. Wishing you a great day today.
