Do you provide thyroid ultrasound for national health checkups?

I had a slight problem with my thyroid last time.

It wasn't serious, so I just left it alone.

Lately, I've been very tired, so I'm more worried about my thyroid.

Is it included in the thyroid ultrasound examination?

Or do I need to pay an additional fee?
