(Concern) How can atrophic gastritis be eliminated?

Hello. Until 2019, I had a common gastritis symptom that most Koreans have, but since 2019, whenever I undergo a comprehensive health checkup and get an endoscopy, atrophic gastritis keeps appearing. However, my condition isn't severe enough to require medication for gastritis. Still, if atrophic gastritis worsens, it can evolve into intestinal metaplasia and potentially lead to stomach cancer. So I joined a cafe for people with stomach issues to gather information, and I often eat cabbage and broccoli, but every year during health checkups, atrophic gastritis still shows up, which makes me feel uneasy. Two years ago, when I had an endoscopy, symptoms of reflux esophagitis also appeared, but since I don't feel pain or similar symptoms, I wonder if I should take medication. Are there anyone with atrophic gastritis or reflux esophagitis who don't experience pain?
