I got married and became pregnant at 23, and I married and had children very quickly among my friends.
And then depression came.
The symptoms were severe, and all situations were hopeless.
When I felt completely hopeless, I seriously talked to my husband and went for medical consultation and counseling.
At first, I felt too ashamed and embarrassed to show my true self to my husband.
I only think that it was good to share my thoughts during the consultation, taking medication and receiving treatment.
Depression and bipolar disorder often make me unable to control my emotions, and when I hit rock bottom, I tend to go deeper without end. I believe that the greatest form of treatment for me has been my closest protector and spouse knowing all these situations, working together, and showing consideration.
These days, going to the psychiatrist is absolutely not a sin or a disgrace. It seems like everyone is avoiding it, but emotional and mental pain is like physical pain. It’s best to inform and share the truth with your closest loved ones and go to the hospital together.
I hope all mothers experiencing depression or bipolar disorder find strength, and I want to tell you that it is never a flaw, so please be brave and don't hide it.

- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.780026.10.16
- 03CommentsI understand that the cost of the medication is a burden. In that case, try taking the medicine while also adjusting your diet. If you manage your health and improve your physical condition, the need for medication will gradually decrease.550026.10.15
