Is a breast ultrasound better performed by a breast specialist?

I have only been getting regular check-ups at the university hospital, but since there is a follow-up observation, I am planning to go for an ultrasound.
The general obstetrics and gynecology clinic is near my house, so I don't have to wait long, but I was told it's better to go to a breast specialist...
I think it might be better to go to a specialized hospital from the beginning.
Where would be good?
