Frozen shoulder treatment

Pain that prevents raising the arm and causes sleepless nights

I went to the hospital and was told I have frozen shoulder.

I'm not even fifty yet ㅜㅜ

There is a disc issue and some nerve compression.

My shoulders are bothering me, and as I get older, I feel pain here and there.
