Do you include national health screenings during health check-ups?

When conducting a health check-up

Do you all receive the health checkup including the one provided by the government?

Do you receive them separately?

It might be convenient to do it all at once.

I'm wondering if I should do it even if it means changing to a date that is possible.

I'm just feeling a bit troubled for no particular reason.
