Health check-up

I need to undergo the biennial national health checkup this year. Are there any additional items I should include? Is it sufficient to just have the basic checkup? I have only had the basic checkup so far, but I am considering adding more even if it costs extra.

I'm curious about how others are doing.

I only received an ultrasound for (stomach, uterine cancer, breast cancer)~
