Has anyone received hair loss medication for hospital treatment and experienced no side effects?

My father and I's biggest concern these days is... definitely our hair.

It is partly due to genetics, but since my hair is falling out, I've visited a highly reputable clinic and even tried taking prescribed medication.

I've noticed that liver enzyme levels tend to rise quite a bit. I've heard bits and pieces about places where liver levels don't go up even with prescription medication, and that it's fine, but I haven't actually heard exactly where that place is haha.

I would be grateful if you could recommend a place with fewer side effects, such as elevated liver enzymes, depression, lethargy, or decreased concentration.
