Western New Modern Union Hospital expresses regret over inadequate treatment for knee pain.

I came here because of knee pain. The pain persisted after exercise, so I wanted to check for any issues, but the only treatment was an X-ray. The doctor said there was nothing wrong with my bone, and there was little explanation for any further tests or causes of my pain. I was a little taken aback when they simply told me to leave without prescribing any medication. I went because the pain was truly uncomfortable, but from a patient perspective, I felt like they lacked empathy and detailed guidance. It might be fine for those who just want a quick checkup, but personally, it was a very disappointing treatment. Overall, the treatment was so brief that I'm not sure I'll come back.
